3,400 acres under one high fence and I have 2,200 of them (landowner keeps the other 1,200). 8 spots total for the 2,200.
$3,350.00 / spot base price. This includes the planting of 3 huntable fields (oats / wheat).
Additional $400.00 gets you guest privileges of 1 close family member hunter and 1 close family member non-hunter (must be in same blind).
Corn and protein extra and averaged $300.00 per spot.
Landowner funny about turkey...he let us shoot 2 each in the fall no charge, but charges extra for spring. He has some lifelong friends that come for turkey opener every year.
Modest hunting cabin available on the property.
Very low hunting pressure the past 3 seasons due to wind farm activity. Wind farm was finally built and is now complete...so some changes in the property, but it's high fenced so it's a captive audience. The 2 additional spots are for acreage that hasn't been hunted in 3 seasons...need to re-establish blind / feeder locations in that acreage.
Tags - for sure 2 buck (1 trophy / 1 cull) and 3 doe. Last year we had 3 buck and 6 does per spot.

Yes, it's expensive but pretty neat place. Always see lots of animals per sit and very remote and don't have to worry about anyone messing with your stuff.
