(Beaver County Oklahoma) Hunting Lease--1800 acres

This is for you western Oklahoma bird and deer hunters. Mule deer and whitetail deer. Along with deer there is a good number of upland birds (Quail and Pheasant) and also this property is in the heart of one of Oklahoma's top bird producing counties. There are also a few turkey in the area and dove and predator hunting available as well. I spoke with Biologist from Oklahoma Wildlife Department and he says this area should have a high number of mule deer in this area.

This property is a mixture of upland, flood plain and CRP bottoms. Sagebrush and buffalo grass are predominate on upland sites, which are interspersed with sand plum thickets and rolling sand hills. Bottomlands consist of sand plum thickets, salt cedar and mixed grassland.

This property will make an exceptional hunting lease for deer, upland birds and predator hunting.

Ground blinds, tower blinds and feeders are all permitted on this property. Along with four wheelers to travel the area.

Property just few miles from town, so no need for camping.

Land owner requires a minimum 150 yards from all structures while
