We still have our deer lease, word was the owners are planning to sell, so preparing for the worse. Interested in a deer lease in South Texas area, we do not want over-gunned leases, willing to spend at least 2,000 to 3,000 per gun for a well managed and thick brush lease plus electric and water accessibility for our RV trailers.

Better look into central Texas, south Texas prices are at a premium. But good luck, never know.

well managed and $2k to $3K in South Texas don't go together. I know where a few spots are but they are $14K and $17K. Good luck on your quest
