I've always wanted to hunt in Mexico. How safe is it to hunt there?

I’ve never had any problems and don’t know of anybody that has either. I take my 13 old son hunting with me there.

You cant be hanging out in town and in places you dont belong after dark, we stay at our ranch and mind our business and have the right paperwork and follow their hunting rules and your fine.

Yes sir like any other place if you go looking for trouble your sure to find it.

What paperwork is required? Do you have to fill it out each trip? Do you leave your guns there? I bet it’s a great place

All the paperwork is done by the outfitter that we hire. It consist of gun permits and hunting tags for whitetail deer. It’s only filled out right before season. We leave are guns there until the end of season. Otherwise you would have to do paperwork and pay the outfitter every time you crossed with them. The gun permit and 1 tag cost about $350.

I have one spot left on my lease in Mexico.
