1 hunter looking to join lease north east texas to hill country or anywhere in between

I am looking to join a lease. Not particular about the area so anywhere in northeast texas down to hill country area would be fine. I want to be able to bring my wife or kids with me and would prefer for there to ve some kind of lodging available. Budget is $2,000 but maybe more for the right property. Please pm me what you have.
