Hunter, you and I have spoken before and I know the area you're at fairly well. Used to hunt between Aguilares and San Ygnacio for 35 years or so. You seem to have some annual churn with the lease, is there any particular reason for that, surrounding hunting pressure, rules? At $4700, doesn't seem a cost thing.

No problems just guys find closer lease . Simple rules and only 7 hunters on the 2600acre HF

Bull dozer work and electrical hook was the reason price was at 4700 . Now I’m only getting electrical hooked up and wait for the new members decision on the dozer work
