I have a place North of Mineral Wells about 10 miles with a 20 acre lake on it. It holds a quite a few ducks. I've seen hundreds at a time quite a few times. If you have Google Earth or Google maps you can see it at the intersection of hwy 281 and 52. my place is on the SE corner. You can't miss the lake. Let me know if you are interested. I'm going to start showing it to people after tax day is over.

Thanks,

I have three remaining duck leases available in Fannin County.

HG 102
3 good ponds and a cultivated field that floods with good rain in one lease duck. First two ponds are both over an acre. Twin ponds loaded with great duck food, planted with millet, barn yard grass, and smart weed. These have been very consistent ponds over the past two years. Third hole is a flooded timber hole planted with smartweed, completely surround by hardwoods, great for wood ducks. Fourth duck hole is a small ponds that floods out several acres of a wheat field after a good rain, makes for great late season field hunts. Max of 4 hunters $1,500/gun located in Honey Grove.

HG 104
100 acres tract of land with almost 60 acres of water. If this property was spread out it could hunt 3 times as many hunters. This is a retired catfish farm with 6 ponds ranging in size of 7-9 acres. Also included in the lease is a 2 acre slough fed by a creek. These ponds have great duck food through out, landowner says it holds hundreds of birds. We are looking for up to 6 management minded hunters at $1,250 per gun. Lease is located on the North side of Honey Grove, Tx in Fannin County.

HG 105
Fannin County Dove and Duck lease. Located just outside of Honey Grove in Roxton, Tx. This lease consists of two large lakes one 5 acres and the other 8 acres. Lakes are divided by 100 acres of cultivated fields. Looking for up to 6 management minded hunters $1,000/gun.
