Looking for a 2-3 man lease 2 hours from Fort Worth

I am looking for a 2-3 man lease west of Fort Worth. Would like it to be a family friendly lease. If my wife or daughter wanted to hunt hogs or take a deer of off my tag I would like them to be able to. We are starting to think that leases are impossible to find without a broker wanting $2500 per man on 160 acres with half of it a wheat field .or an open pasture. Any help or tips would be appreciated.

If you happen to find one, and you need another hunter, I too am having difficulty.
