Wanting a multi year lease 90 miles from Greenville Texas.
800+ acres if not more. Water, electric with a bunkhouse preferred.
5 permanent responsible hunters with customers hunting mainly hogs in the spring and summer on a limited basis.
Willing to pay a finders fee if necessary.
