Here's a protip; some people might like a large acreage hunting lease, with nice exotics to shoot year round, for a reasonable price.

For the price someone will jump on that. No hassling with feeders, it has a house and trophy exotics.

Not too bad a deal really. Not for me but someone will enjoy that

But the small acreage guys here hate it when anyone else has something nice in a HF.
