Central/east Texas lease wanted

Looking for 1000+ acre corporate lease in the east central Texas area. Waco to Nacogdoches (east/west) Huntsville to Corsicana (north/south). Electric and water preferred, but not a deal breaker. Limited corporate hunts per year with four guns being permanent. We are very responsible hunters and always abide to all laws and regs with the understanding that this is your property, not ours.
