Looking for Quail 3 day lease West Central TX

Other than rain, we had a great January hunt last year. Looking for 3 day lease, after deer season, 6-8 hunters, non-guided, basic ranch house accommodations, have 3 half crippled older guys so allowing use of a UTV a plus. We close gates, don't litter, and are there more for our dogs than limits. Wichita Falls to Snyder area is ideal, but we're flexible. Thanks.
