Looking for lease in N.TX 2017-18 Season - Hogs, Varmints, Deer, Dove

Looking for lease spot for 1. Somewhere within 1.5-2 hrs from N. DFW. Mgt minded, looking for opportunity to hog hunt (day & night), varmints, deer and dove. I follow all hunting rules, laws and always have a safety 1st mindset. Regarding to contributing to the lease from a management and maintenance standpoint is a given. Please reach out if you know of any opportunities. Estimated use, 1-2 times month summer, 2-3 times month in fall/winter, 1-2 times month spring. Camping options preferred.
