Yes it does, if anybody knows of a place willing to spend up to $ 20000 for a place. Looking for me and my family.

The finding is the hard part, but it is possible.

I too had 2 leases pulled out from underneath me after being on one for 12 years and one for 7. Both time big companies made and offer than I could not come close to matching. that's when I bought my own place and even though I don' have anything close to the amount of land that I had on the leases to hunt, there is something very special about hunting your on small piece of heaven. Best advise I could give is to take your time looking. You will find something, just don't rush into it. Look and look and look. You will know its for you when you see it.

It's the nature of the beast. Treat every season like it'll be your last on the place and don't leave anything you're not willing to walk away from. It makes absolutely no difference how well you get along with the LO. Money talks. Owning your own place is the best.

There 1 thing many folks who lease property for hunting never mention. If your leasing a place to hunt, & you get an opportunity to move to a bigger/better lease for less money, you'd be foolish to not take it.

Money talks both ways. Money does lots a talking in every aspect of life.

Good luck finding a place OP.

It happens sooner or later if you hunt much. I think we have lost 4 over the years for one reason or the other. Money does talk.
