looking to lease property in the panhandle for hunting 2017 season

i have a group of guys wanting to change our hunting location to the panhandle area. Looking for a ranch that has white tail and mule deer,dove,quail and preferrably year round. Very responsible hunters. Or if anyone knows a ranch that has some openings in this area.Looking to feed year round, and very management minded.Looking for a potential long term lease minded owner.
