Looking for a lease starting Jan 4, 2017 - Jan 4, 2018.
Location Reqs: 3-4 hours drive from Dallas.
# Of Hunters in party: 1-3
Game: Deer, Feral Hogs,Predators.
Weapons: Compound Bow, Rifles, and Shotgun.
Lease Size Reqs:Greater than 70 acres
Cost: Willing to spend $700-$2500/gun
Access: year-round.
**Lease does not need to have electricity/Water/Trailer Hookups, but primitive camping spot is a must.**
