Up for lease is 2240 acres (3.5 sections) of land in Scurry County. It is full of Bob white quail with a few coveys of blue quail mixed in. It is mostly grubbed mesquite with some shinnery. Has 7 stock tanks and 2 creeks running throughout the property. There is cattle throughout but is not over grazed. This is a full season Nov-Feb lease and no deer hunting is allowed.
