Had a friend from Floresville call me and has 345 acre off 123 about 45-55 minutes from San Antonio, 3 tanks, 45 acres sunflowers that he want to lease. What is it worth and is there a market up there? About 1 1/2 mile off pavement and would be both season this year.

Man I wish I was closer. Damn good hunting down there. Or used to be anyways. Hunted there a could years about 10 years ago.

Right now there are lots of dove, far enough from town to hold birds. Thanks for the reply. Maybe somebody will be interested.

I used to hunt down there and they was usually plenty of doves. If the price is right I would be interested in a spot.
