I'm looking to fill 4-6 spots on my all-inclusive lease. 200 acres per hunter. Box stands, bow stands, feeders, feed & feeder pens are in place & running year-round. Furnished container cabin included, or bring your own travel trailer. Near Graham, TX. 90 miles west of Ft Worth. $3,000/per hunter.
This is a seasonal lease that ends Jan 31.
1 trophy buck & 1 spike per hunter (no does).
1 stray exotic (aoudad or red stag).
Unlimited hogs & varmints.
Separate dove lease included.
Stocked fishing tank.
No guests, only immediate family.
I'm looking for a group, not individuals at this time. I would also consider a corporate group.
