Need Hunting Lease with Fishing

Three Leases Needed:
I will take the worst hunting spot on the lease. I am really here for the fishing. Looking for a lease that would include a nice size Bass Lake. It is getting more and more difficult to make these two day drives into Mexico to catch good Bass. I need a few great private lakes to fish here in Texas. I am looking for lakes that can produce from 3 to 7 lb. Bass to date. I will manage these lakes into even better fisheries with a few years of tinder loving care.

Lease Agreement:
I would expect to be on you property at least once a month with a guest. I fish with no more that two fisherman in my boat on any given day. I will always be there with my customers to see that all rules are followed and all gates into the property are closed/locked. I can lease by the trip or by the year.

Thanks guys for all the help and PM's. I am getting closer. I just want to say if a lake already has a long lease on it then I am willing to pay by the trip if they will let me in.

Get into contact with Mike Hopkins. He has a lot of good looking fishing leases for 700-1000 a year. They are all within an hour or 2 from DFW also. Good luck! Let me know if it works out.

Lakes that are established Big Bass lakes.

I will pay $300 plus for 1 ½ days of fishing depending on the quality. This is all catch and release fishing. I have the customer base to fish a lake once a week. It is a must to have 3 lakes so they are rotated each week. Fishing the same water week after week will slow the catch ratio way down. We want to keep those numbers of big Bass being caught at a consistent number. Bass just become accustom to you being there and shut down. I would like to be on your property no more than once a month.

Your privacy and care for the property is my main concern. I own a large farm in Tennessee and understand very well your concerns with people being on your ranch. My concern for the livestock, securing gates and leaving the land in better shape than I found it will always be at the top of my list. I am not the general public. I will always be there with my customers to make sure rules are followed.
