Year Round Lease in Eden TX

I have a 2600+ acre lease in Eden Tx Available. We have 3 of the 8 spots filled. I posted a while back trying to only have 6 spots but I guess it was to pricey. So we are up to 8 guns.

This is a year round lease with trailer hookups (water electric and sewer) This ranch has deer,turkey, great dove hunting and I saw over 50 quail just driving trip before last. There is no hunting to the north or southeast on those ranches and my buddy killed a 160+ a couple of years ago. With 8 guns the cost is $3700 per gun
