We have 6-8 openings on a 24 section (15,360 acres) lease situated in Reagan and Crockett counties. Price is $2000/hunter with year round access. We have set-ups with electricity, water, and sewer for trailers. 1-Trophy whitetail, 1-trophy mule deer, javelina, and turkeys to hunt and we draw for does depending on how many we need to kill. No hogs as of now. We lease to bird hunters after deer season is over. Hunter to acreage ratio is about 425 acres/hunter.
