I have one 80 acre and 140 acre properties in Taylor County, Iowa. These properties are right next to each other. Listing this property for a friend, I have been to the property and they have excellent deer numbers but have never hunted this property. Amazing deer hunting, turkeys, and 9 ponds combined on the properties. 12 Months, 4 hunters max.

Otherwise hunting fee's are $1,250 per hunter during gun seasons, unlimited days during shotgun seasons and 10 days during muzzleloader, 5 hunters max on the property for the entire season. No stands or blinds provided on this property, free lodging 30 miles away if needed/wanted during 2nd shotgun, not available during 1st shotgun or muzzleloader.

One paragraph says 4 hunters max, the next says 5 hunters max?

2 different properties - 4 hunters on the 80 acres, 5 hunters on the 140 acres

The way it's written I don't get that impression
