Big Lake Quail Lease

We have 5000 acres of great quail hunting land for lease just west of Big Lake, Texas in Reagan County. We have trailer hookups with water, sewer, and electricity available. Hunting will be from end of deer season thru the end of quail season. Price is $2.00/acre. Lots of birds with approximately 40% bobwhites and 60% blues. Excellent hunting last year and looking to be just as good this year.

I'm new to the forum, and new to hunting leases. Could you tell me if you would sub-lease a section of the property or am I in it for the whole 5000 acres?

Wanting to lease all of it. Up to 10 hunters. We deal with 1 or 2 of your party and you would be responsible. You choose who hunts with you and how many. We don't have to divide pastures bunch of ways for smaller numbers, etc. we show you boundaries and get out of your way. Plenty of birds. You won't be disappointed.

Ok. Just thought I would throw it out there. My brother only gets to go once, sometimes twice a year.
We have hunted right outside of Big Lake and it was one of the best hunts I ever went on. Lots of birds that year, mostly blues, but when you can get them busted up, makes for some great dog work.
