3 or 4 Hunters looking for annual deer lease around 2 1/2 to 3 hrs of DFW.

I have 3 possibly 4 hunters looking for long term lease of 400+ acres or to join an existing lease for around 1500 a gun. Would prefer no more than 1 hunter per 100 acres on lease. All are experienced management minded hunters willing and able to follow rules and respect property. Would prefer a family lease as we are mostly fathers with younger children who we want to share our passion for the outdoors with. If u have or know of anything please let me know. Thanks
