Yes, it is part of the Head of the River Ranch. It is not or has not been divided into several different sections. It is 9600 acres divided into three leases. One is a small pasture less than 200 acres. One is a lease that includes about 3000 acres and is mostly bow hunting only. The balance of the acreage is either unhunted or part of the 6000 acres that is available for lease.
McCrea Outdoors leased the 6000 acres from us for a few years, but prior to that it was leased by the same lessee for about 30 years. If you have an interest contact me at cchris@suddenlinkmail.com.

Should a group be interested in as much as 3000 acres, I will consider dividing this lease into two leases.
