South Texas Trophy lease located in Webb County. 9000 AC with 10 total spots. Currently 1-2 spots open. Property is low fenced and under MLD level 3. All trophies will be harvested at 6.5, lots of culls and does for guest to hunt. Lots of water on the property, some stocked with fish. Numerous deer shot on the ranch between 160 - 200 BC. Camp is set up with electricity and water. Cost is $15,000 per spot plus feed cost (corn, protein, and cotton seed) all feed and labor are supplied and filled by the ranch.
