Looking for year-round lease for me and my father plus 3 sons. The boys are all under 18. Will take care of land and put in work to maintain lease. Would like lease to be 2-3 hours or less from Wharton County. Thank you in advance

Hey Rice, what is your budget per gun? Do you have accomodations or are you looking for something with a cabin?

apologize for the late reply..Cabin would be great but not a deal breaker. The budget per gun would be between 1000 and 1500. Thanks
