Looking for 4 Hunters for Palo Pinto County Lease

Looking for 4 hunters, to join a 5th hunter on 1,000 acres in Palo Pinto County. $2,500/gun. There is a cabin provided also.

Each hunter can set up 1 stand & feeder area. Families welcome ( wife & kids ). Must feed protein Jan - Oct. No shooting does. Each hunter gets 1 trophy buck & 1 spike buck. Unlimited hogs & varmints. Spring gobblers also. Separate dove lease ( in Olney, TX ) included. This is not a "fill muh freezer" lease. Conditional year round access. 90 miles west of Ft Worth near Graham, TX.

Iike there are often several lone hunters looking for a lease, if y'all can get a group together, that'd be fine.

lease price works out to be $12.50 an acre, with cabin included.

Max, what is meant by "conditional year-round access", I know a lot of guys on here like full, unfettered access so may save you some time/emails if you could explain that.

Basically, that means "text or call me when you come out in the off-season" Feb - Sept.
