deer lease wanted 1 person

Hello!

I am new to this forum, so I am excited to see all of this activity. I am a 33 year old looking for a place to deer hunt within 3 hours of Dallas. around 1-1.5k. I am an Eagle Scout and take hunting responsibly very seriously. I would like to bring my wife sometimes. She does not hunt. Send me a message if you know of anything or if you have any pointers. I have tried public hunting the last 2 seasons and have not been very satisfied. Thanks.

Finding a lease is the hardest part of hunting

I have not had much luck yet. Some of these lease brokers I have found tend to have bad reputations.

Has anyone successfully used a broker?

Of course. They are not all bad.
