No Fuss Guy

Possibly looking for a no fuss kind of lease in NW Texas. Would like to consider getting on a "good" lease with the opportunity/not guarantee to harvest a nice, mature buck year in/year out. I am a pretty straight forward, vanilla type guy that should fit in well to most any group and not upset the apple cart. Having two non-hunting young children, I am not looking to stock up the freezer every season nor will have the time to be out every weekend throughout the season. Just looking to enjoy my time and others' time will out there. Would like to focus on "open" stand type lease setups and keep my driving time to within 2-3 hours ea. way of the metromess. Would probably like to limit my $$$ exposure to $2,000 or thereabouts. If I sound like the type of guy you may have an interest in, please let me know what you may have. Thanks.

Roll, unless you had met me before, you'd know I've got a big smile right now..I try to keep things pretty light hearted and loose. Son having battled 5 years of cancer from age 2-7 and nearly succumbing to it multiple times kind of makes a person pretty "carefree" and not tend to sweat the smaller stuff in life.

I have a 112 acre hunting lease available in Crockett Texas. Crockett is located in Houston County. There are deer, hogs, and other varmints known to the property. I have had the property leased for the last several years however the current tenants are considering not renewing their hunting rights. The lease is $4,000 yearly, and will accommodate up to 3 hunters. The property has water and electricity available. There are cattle on this property year round.
