Yes, you're reading it wrong..Acreage is not mentioned; just small family lease. You are seeing "18 straight years of harvests, not 18 acres". Acreage from that ad is undisclosed.

Looks like you are reading it right to me:

That one doesn't pass the smell test IMO.

Well, it's not one of those "too good to be true" ads. If someone is fool enough to take him up on it, good for him, I guess.

If his 18 acres was in the middle of a high fence ranch....then maybe. but otherwise there is no no no way anyplace is worth he price he is asking.
