Lease short or long term... (LOOKING San Angelo Area)

We are a family of 4 looking for a family lease available for just us to get on, we will pay for all 4 guns on the lease if it is reasonable. we are not looking for a huge place just anywhere from 300+ acres with plenty of existing wildlife on the land. We would like it to be a year-round lease where we can do any hunting we want on it throughout the year and upkeep the place the way we want.
