Year round deer lease Mills County

I have 2 spots to fill on a 3 gun deer lease about 6 miles west of Goldthwaite. The price is $1000 per hunter. The lease is 350 acres of pasture and oak trees, no cultivation except for a seasonal food plot plowed and planted by the landowner. There are some pretty good deer in and around the property with lite hunting on the surrounding properties. There are two dirt tanks and a wet weather creek. This is mostly for deer with some occasional decent dove hunting. Paid hunters are the only hunters allowed but non-hunting guests are allowed. There is a trailer with water and electric, kitchen area and shower. I have hunted this place for about 15 years with some pretty good success. I have 2 spots since my dad decided to call it quits and the hunter of about 10 years needed a place where his family could all hunt. Sounds like a good deal, heavily wooded, or not.

I sent you a PM but have not heard back from you yet. I would like to talk to you about it. I am seriously wanting a place to hunt and might even consider splitting it with you if needed.

This is for gun and bow hunting. The property is about 50% wooded. Nice blend of open pasture and oaks, not much long range hunting.
