200 acre Montague Co. Deer Lease -1 spot - $2000 - Pending

Im thinking about Leasing 1 spot on my property. It's 200 acres in Montague Co. near Forestburg. Its about 65 miles/ 1 hour Northwest of Ft Worth. The place has moderate brush/trees on most of it. Some places are very thick. The terrain varies from hills on both ends and a bottom area in the back. The property connects to the Hartman/Denton Creek Ranch which is some of the thickest timber and has some of the best deer in the county. We have another property on the other side of Denton Creek (about a mile from this place) that touches the same DCR property and it has been leased by the same guys since 1984. That lease has never had an opening. Abundant deer. Here are some game pics over the last few years and few that I have taken. I live on the front part of this place and will be hunting as well. I work out of state and am home every 3rd weekend so will only be hunting a few times during my days off. If your thinking that this is a place that has been hunted hard and everything shot up, then you are mistaken. No other family or "friends" will be hunting on it, only you & I. I try to disturb the place as little as possible. Im looking for a management minded hunter. You will have to bring your own stands/feeder. I really dont want a camper on the property. Its close enough to DFW that you dont have to kill yourself to get up early in the a.m. to hunt and keep the feeders filled. No dove hunting on this place. I have another property that is swarming with dove, if you are interested in that (will have to accompany you there). The large pond is stocked with channel cat. Plink all of the turtles you want. I have 20 Angus cows on the place that I will be fencing in the front pasture the first part of Nov. Im looking for someone who would be long term. Please tell me about yourself, background, etc.(First I'll take it does not get it, Im being selective). May be able to show it this weekend if you want to bring your atv out & look around.
