Wise County lease wanted!

Looking for a small two man lease in the wise county or surrounding area. Father and son both very safety minded and management minded. We have 60 acres surrounded by big tracts of unhunted land but we are working on letting the genetic pool reach its potential therefore aren't hunting it this season. Thanks in advance.
