Looking for land to buy in Lubbock area

This is a long shot but posting in case someone in the lubbock area knows someone about to sell.

I've got good friends out here trying to find property to buy south of Lubbock. Looking for something with 5+ acres and probably a house in the the general area of meadow east to slaton and north to lubbock. They have two horses so needs to be capable of eventually having horses even if it's not ready yet. Trying to stay in the $300k range or less.

My buddy farms in Brownfield and his wife works north of Lubbock so they are trying to find something halfway in between.
