Looking for Waterfowl Lease

Looking for a lease to hunt waterfowl on, including teal and conservation season. Will pay a fair amount for what you have to offer. I am an avid waterfowl hunter, so I will be out there a lot and will pay you what you want.

Looking for anything from open rice fields to acred-lakes. I am interested in anything that holds a good number of waterfowl. Location isn't a BIG deal right now, but preferably in east/south Texas.
