Just had a Duck and Dove Lease come available. Over 230 acres of wheat and corn fields that border the lake with hard timber and mesquite patches. Natural sunflower surrounding the waters edge. Lake is approximately 30 acres with lots of duck weed and hydrilla in it. Thousands of ducks used this lake last year.
Property is located in Milford, TX just off I-35 about 45 minutes south of DFW. We are offering corporate leases for 6 guns max. You can lease out one spot or all six. Lease includes dove hunting for you and no more than 4 guests per day, varmint hunting for you and 1 guest per day, fishing for you and 2 guests per day, one duck hunting guest will be allowed but days will be limited. Cost for each corporate lease is $2,000/gun lease runs from Sept 1 to Feb 1.
