that are mature shooters 8 or better wall hangers. This is a members only hunt club during deer season. BBQ grill , awning , fire pit and more...
Guests are allowed on the off season for hog's and dove only. We keep the members , traffic and pressure as low as we can. We are in Buckmasters magazine TEXAS BIG BUCK COUNTY 2009 pg. 48 for naturally
big deer. We are low fence free range with water tanks and football field size food plots throughout ranch. Each member must have at least 1 working stand running 2 times a day all year , You may have more than 1 stand. We have several hog traps on the ranch to use as well. We are drama free and want to stay that way. If you are sick of all the loud party guys all night at camp...The driving the lease all day on the 4 wheeler checking trail cams right as you are about to hunt or while you are hunting.. SICK of having 20 hunters out on the lease like the members brother's ,,,,neighbor's.....work buddy's,,,high-school Friends.....Then this is the lease for you ! Quiet big open ranch to get away from all the stress ! Does are by management decision prior to season only. NO COWS on ranch. We are a 1 buck county for Mule and Whitetail so to keep our herds high we Like to leave the does alone. This ranch has been managed for over 10 years with very nice bucks taken. We have a total of 8 members hunting on the ranch. We are 10 min. from town. Lease payments are 1/2 down last half due on or before SEP 1st. Looking for long term members aged 40 and up.

The guys name is Christian Loveland he runs the place with his father in law Ron. He is bad news. I hunted this place for 3 years and finally left cause I got tired of watching the guy screw people over.
Expect to have lots of day hunters for pigs, turkey and deer, and to be lied to constantly.
I can provide references on people who have hunted this place and been screwed over by this guy. Just wanted to give a heads up to stay away from this scumbag.

Yes watch out for this lease. Will be highly let down and lied to over and over. And if you are booking a pig hunt with him you also will be let down.

I do hope this would turn as entertaining as one a few months ago where everyone in the scum bucket's family and a few friends came on here and asked everyone that be smudged his name to "dance".

I talked to this guy, something didnt feel right when he kept wanting me to text him and wouldnt answer my calls, i think he had a throw away phone probably just to rip people off glad i steered clear

Actually that's the phone number he's had for years. He's pretty much a coward. He just doesn't know how to step up and deal with things.

Very much a coward, he lies to much and gets cought in them way to fast. As for this lease is posts it's 100% lease then you find his day hunt sight and they bring them in when no one is out there hunting and hunt your stuff.

Wow. I know this man personally and would never dream that he would be the way you all are describing him. Our company does some business with his and we have never had a problem. Guess he deals with the hunting end of business in a whole different manner, guess you never really know people like you think you do.

Takes 9 pig hunters in for a week 150$ a person a day they were there 7 days and he came out the camper twice. He didn't help them or show them anything. They shot two pigs that week between 9 ppl. The other 7 didn't even see anything. Don't think two pigs were worth $9,500

As I had stated above, we only have dealings with him on a business level, not with hunting. As also stated, guess he deals with his hunting affairs in a different manner. Like I also said, thought I new him better than I do, glad he doesn't handle his business with us in the same way.

One thing I know for sure after hearing of these things is, that if I even have a inkling that there is ever anything a miss in our business dealings he is gone. I feel bad now about the Christmas gifts I get from him each year because I know now how they were paid for.
