Looking for year-round lease near Stephenville - 05/04/15 08:20 PM

My family is looking for an annual lease. Our price limit is no greater than $2,000 per gun with three guns total. We have no interest in splitting the lease with any other hunters than the land owner.

Nothing around Stephenville to lease. I've been looking for years for some fellow THFrs. You might look north towards Palo pinto cty.

I think that any decent sized town, within 2 hours of the metroplex, & has a bunch of wealthy people living around the county, will have a dearth of available leasing opportunities.

I hadn't thought of a referral fee until you mentioned it. I would appreciate any referrals and would find a way to compensate someone who goes out of their way to find me and my family a lease that fits our needs.

you need to be more specific

minimum size of lease
ponds, water, electric
referral fees you're willing to pay - start at $600 and up
