Wanted: Duck/Goose/Waterfowl Lease Southwest of Houston

I'm enquiring with leases/clubs in the Wharton, El Campo, Bay City, and Edna areas for the 2015/2016 waterfowl season. Some only offer group memberships, so I thought I would check here to see if anyone might be interested in joining forces. See below for the leases/clubs I am considering (in no particular order).

I'm partial to areas southwest of Houston because I'm on a deer lease West of Edna (and live in Sugar Land), but I'd be happy to hear about leases/clubs I might have missed. Please feel free to pass along positive experiences with any of the outfits on my list, which is not exhaustive. I'd be happy to hear about other ideas.

I think third coast was bought out by run-n-gun adventures last week. You may also try Mad Island public hunting land. Do you happen to have any availability on your deer lease?
