Looking for a year-round lease near Liberty Hill - 04/10/15 08:26 PM

Hey all,

I'm looking for a small lease or a spot on an existing lease in or around Liberty Hill. Here are some of the things I'm hoping to have:

  • Needs to have deer, turkey, and ideally some hogs
  • At least 100 acres, preferably more
  • Ability to have guest hunt off my tags is a huge bonus
  • Does not need electric or water hookups, although water would be nice

I'm looking for something long term and my budget is around $4000 for the right place. I'll throw in a $100 finders fee to whoever points me to the lease I end up on.

And a little about myself: I grew up hunting with my Dad since I was about 15 years old (~30 now) and have a great deal of respect for the land as well as hunter safety. Whatever lease I end up on, I'll be there to hunt, not to drink and party, and will treat your land as if it were my own. I have a stable job in Austin's IT industry, so making my lease payments isn't going to be an issue.

If you think you have something or know of something that'll meet these needs, please shoot me a PM smile
