Looking for Duck Lease, 3-4 guns, 1-2hrs from Dallas

Looking for a new duck lease. We lost our current lease in Fannin County (on this lease for 6 years). Owner decided to no longer offer the lease.

Would like to get something for 3-4 guns within 1-2 hours of Dallas. Currently have three hunters committed. All are experienced, responsible waterfowlers.
