What's up THF.. I am looking to lease out land in the Garwood/Columbus area and/or the Throckmorton/Gilmer/Longview area. I am a student at Baylor University currently and have a property in Columbus.
I am looking to lease it out for my buddy & I, we split cost, and have a guest hunt with us every now and then if possible. I am in the market for flooded rice, managed ponds w/ natural vegetation and brush, flooded timber in the northern area of the state near Throckmorton, etc. if possible.
I have $$ for a high quality lease. The lease must have a water source for the ducks as well.
