One family lease available Colorado county

225 acres in Weimar. Lots of deer and hogs. Located on Colorado river. Duck hunting is not available. Family DOES duck hunt the river. They will not hunt specified weekends. To be set up by owners and hunters. They are asking 5k a year for the lease. Will not split lease up. They will allow 5 bucks total and 10-15 does. Place is loaded with deer. Last count was around 1 buck to 8 does so they want a family with plenty of hunters to lease it. Last time I was there we spotted approx 50 deer. Just checking cows. Lease is yearly and hogs are fair game. Friends can hunt pigs. Pm me for more info.
