Looks like I'm gonna have 2-3 openings this year on my club lease. $3,500/each. Just south of Graham near Possum Kingdom Lake.
It's All Inclusive, I supply stands, feeders, & feed (protein & corn) year round, with lodging provided as well. 1 hunter per 200 acres. Year round access.
Starting MLD this year. I'm looking for management minded hunters with no drama. No friends or extended family allowed, only paid hunters & their spouse/kids.
Our deer population is off due to drought. The Game Warden speculated deer are down 60% from 3 years ago. If you have to shoot a big buck every year, but don't have much time to hunt, this place isn't for you. If you like to "fill the freezer", this lease isn't for you. To get along well on the lease, you will need to be flexible as to what deer we take.
