PREMIER HUNTING Lease in KANSAS- 668 Acres. Two different parcels are for lease. Property 1 is 550 acres and property 2 is 118 acres. The two properties are within 4 miles of each other. They both offer Trophy White-Tailed Deer, Turkey, Quail, Dove, Duck, and Goose hunting.
Property 1:
550 acres approximately 4 miles southeast of the village of Alta Vista in Wabaunsee County. Munker’s Creek and a tributary (Deer Creek) run through this property. CRP grasslands and forest plantings are on both sides of the creeks. Native grass pastures with patches of woods and 6 ponds are on the property. Two of the big ponds have wildlife areas around them that are fenced to keep out livestock.
Property 2:
118 acres approximately 8 miles north of Council Grove in Morris County. This property has nice habitat diversity, including native grass CRP, wooded draws, and a fishing pond and wildlife area that are fenced to keep out cattle.
$16 per acre. Willing to plant 1 FOOD PLOT on each property. Additional food plots are negotiable. These properties are located in Deer Management Unit 14. This lease will start in July of 2015.
