A few leases in Rock Springs

MartinRanch.com or MartinRanches.com

They have 3K and 6K acre pastures for lease this coming season. I believe they were in the $10 an acre range.

These were still open when I called yesterday, but out of my price range with a 10 gun minimum for that area. Hope this helps someone

The price seemed a bit high to me as well. I've seen a few leases over $10 an acre in that area, but not many.

3k pasture is $36,000.00. 10 guns.

That's a good location but "Active livestock operation ranch" meh. And it borders a subdivision. I'd be interested at $8...not $12

Slightly over 10$ most of that area might be worth 7-8$ and acre unless it's loaded with exotics which I doubt

If I remember correctly, they were advertising to get this place leased last year. So....... I'm guessing they either didn't lease it, or the lease members aren't returning?
