I have 2 hunters from Austin on my lease in Eastland Co, their drive is 3 hrs
I am showing property Feb 28
I have several folks lined up to view
terrain is hilly, mountainous - bring ATV if you have one
600 acres, 1 pond
150 acres detached , 1 pond: well fed, 19ft deep, has catfish, 3 blinds/feeders in place
(6-8 hunters total for both tracts combined, 2 at 150 )
cash in hand gets the spots and / or I go by first come basis
